A: Every item in Sugarplum & Spruce is carefully handpicked to fit our cozy, nostalgic holiday style. Some pieces are fully handmade, others are lovingly handpainted, and all are chosen with the same attention to detail and Christmas magic. ✨

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Sometimes, yes! Depending on the season, I may be able to create or personalize something special. Just email me at sugarplum.spruce@gmail.com and we’ll see what’s possible.

Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We offer free domestic shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. Every package is packed with care so your holiday treasures arrive safe and ready to sparkle.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally, however we currently do NOT ship to Europe due to their new regulations.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All seasonal items are final sale. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checkout. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out right away so we can make it right.

Q: Do you decorate for businesses or storefronts?
A: Yes! We offer holiday decorating services for businesses and storefronts, currently focusing on East Indiana & West Ohio, though we’re always open to exploring new possibilities.
